Mission to Dominican Republic

January 20-28, 2023

 We are looking to schedule another Mission Retreat. It will once again be at the Princeton House.

Possible dates are:

October 14-15 or

October 28-29

Please let me know which dates would work best for you.

Of course, mark your calendars for January 20-28, 2023. We are already on the Solid Rock calendar for those dates.

If anyone has a place on your heart to serve, here or overseas, shout it out. This body of believers is so strong let’s do more!!

Opportunities

 Interested in Short Term Missions?  Check out the upcoming events:

1. Mission Retreat- October 22-24, 2021, free of charge, open to all. We’ll talk about missions and have fun. Email me if you’re interested so we know how much food to prepare.

2. Ukraine Christmas for Orphans- December 3-11, 2021. Join the team and share the facts about the first Christmas and the Gospel with underprivileged and orphaned children in Ukraine. No special training necessary. Total cost, per person, is estimated between $1,800 and $2,000 which includes everything (airfare, food, housing, local transportation). Some sponsorship funds may be available to help individuals with the cost.

3. Dominican Republic- January 21-29, 2022. Our team will run outreach medical clinics, help on construction and repairs and love on our Dominican brothers and sisters. Come share the Gospel. Cost is estimated at around $1,200 per person which includes everything (airfare, food, housing, local transportation).

 Mission Retreat September 17-19!

Everyone interested in or questions about Short Term Missions is invited to a weekend of questions, learning and games.

We will stay at the “Princeton House” owned by one of our team members. Food and beverages are provided but you are welcome to bring your favorite snacks or food.

Mission to the Dominican Republic January 21-29

We need volunteers with a heart to serve. Are you a general helper, construction/fixer-type, or medically oriented? We need you! 

We will leave Grace Bible Church and travel to the DR and back together.

 You may want to put your swim suit in your bag for this weekend: there is a hot tub at the Princeton house :-}

For you first timers: this is not something to expect in the Dominican.

Mission Retreat 2021

 Ever had any thoughts, questions or ideas about Short Term Missions?

Come share them at the Mission Retreat January 16-17, 2021.

Everyone is invited!

We may not be able to travel to the Dominican Republic but we can gather here for fellowship, learning, food  (and games)!

We’ll gather at the Princeton house (curtesy of the Spears family) for traditional Dominican food plus barbecue, burgers etc. and of course lots of deserts. starting about noon on the 16th. The fun will continue overnight and we’ll head to church on Sunday morning.

Carpooling will be available.
