We've finished our last barrio clinic and unpacked the medication box. 

The week has flown by. We have made many friends and had great adventures. All is great except my technology issue: I can't get photos to upload. 

Tomorrow we leave for the capital then fly out on Saturday morning. It's hard to hold back the tears already...
